How do I book a cleaning?
Download the LAFFIT app, sign in with your mobile number, then choose your service, cleaners, duration and time. Pay by card and your booking is confirmed.
How much does it cost?
Prices start from OMR 10.000 and are shown in full before you pay. 5% VAT is added at checkout. Monthly packages and prepaid hours cost less per visit.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our team brings all cleaning products and equipment.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes, from the app. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the visit; after that a 25% fee applies. You can also reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before.
How are refunds made?
Refunds are added to your account as hours credit straight away, and you can use them on any future booking.
How can I pay?
By card through Amwal Pay, inside the app. We do not accept cash.
