Delete your LAFFIT account

From the app

1. Open the LAFFIT app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile, then Settings.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap “Delete account” again.

What is deleted

• Your name, mobile number and email address
• Your saved addresses
• Your sign-in on every device — you are signed out everywhere at once
• Any remaining credit hours and active monthly packages — these are cancelled and cannot be refunded

What we keep

Records of bookings and payments are kept, without your personal details, for as long as Omani tax and accounting law requires.

Upcoming bookings

If you have upcoming bookings, the app will ask you to cancel them first.
